Perficient came up with this “wellness at work, wellness in life” initiative to provide basic health care, Eye care and dental care to its employees. Perficient proves its value for People and prioritized the wellness of its people. Perficient joined hands with Kauvery hospital for basic health care, Dr Agarwal’s hospital for eye care and Clove dental for dental care.
Employees were sent out a survey to inform about this wellness camp and to ensure their participation to be held on 11th September 2024 in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. People showed interest and enrolled for this camp.
HCM and admin team planned for the camp. Floor 2 of the Chennai Towers was makeshift to be used for the camp. Thanks to the open seating arrangements which enabled the arrangements to be hassle free and gave a proper seamless experience for the employees.
As a first step, Registration is done digitally by scanning a QR code and a google form is filled by the employees and message of confirmation is sent to the employee’s WhatsApp number. In Eye care, three types of tests are carried out to check on the eyesight and eye’s power is tested and letters are displayed at a distance and the employees are made to read it. Finally, they are given a report on their eyesight.
In Basic health care, Employee’s Height, weight, BMI and Blood sugar were checked and advised accordingly based on their illness if any and in Dental care, Employee’s oral hygiene, cavity search is done and reports are given and suggestions are provided for next level of treatment if any.
At the end of the day, this camp gave a reality check about our health and many congratulations to the HCM and admin teams of Perficient Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to conduct a wellness camp to benefit the employees on the same day across locations. Looking forward much more camps that would bring all of us closer together as One. #ProudlyPerficient
