You want to get fit… we all want that. But you don’t want to hit the gym. You hate having to drive to and from the gym, you don’t lose that precious time and you don’t want to spend money on a subscription. Plus, the current coronavirus pandemic makes it all much more difficult. Many gyms are already closed, welcome just a few clients, or are too far from your home. Or maybe you’re just the more independent type and you don’t want to workout close to other people. Or your schedule is simply too hectic to make room for regular gym sessions.
