Google Webmaster Hangout on Penguin 3 | Rank Ranger

In yesterday’s Google Webmaster Hangout, John Mueller confirmed that the Penguin algorithm update is still rolling out. Launched more than 2 weeks ago, as we reported, it is slowly rolling out to index all sites that have made improvements
after being affected by the previous Penguin, and to target new sites that
may have been missed in the last update.
